Central Oregon Real Estate Statistics | 2nd Quarter, 2022

The COAR real estate statistics for the second quarter of 2022 are in! As you can see in the charts below, the upward trend in the average days on the market for Deschutes County has reversed, going from 26 in Q1 to 20 in Q2. You’ll see that the average sales amount has also increased from last quarter going from $759,732 in Q1 to $780,749 in Q2. We keep an eye on all the stats around Central Oregon and a notable number came through in Sunriver for Q2 – the average sales amount in Sunriver is over 1 million, coming in at $1,025,288, for the first time ever. There are some properties that have been harder to sell during Q2, but the overall trend is that we are in a similar market as Q2 of 2021. We are excited to see how Q3 shapes up and we’ll keep you posted when the stats come out.
